NFL athlete and Christian activist Tim Tebow will join pastors, Christian musicians and Christian comedians at a sold-out event in Champion Forest next week to discuss how men can step it up to be better leaders in their homes, workplaces and churches.
Miss Ginger would say that judging by the womanizing depicted here, he's up to the challenge of being a "real man"!

Here's Rick Perry's latest dog and pony show: In a feeble attempt at grandstanding to detract attention from his HORRIBLE budget deficit, Perry has once again adopted the GOP's default smoke screen- abortion.
He has actually rushed through a bill in an emergency session that would REQUIRE doctors to perform a sonogram on any woman requesting an abortion, describe the fetus to the woman, and play the fetal heartbeat for her to hear. Based on this ridiculous legislation, the patient would not be allowed to opt out. She would be forced to endure a procedure she does not want!
But here's the ridiculous part! This procedure would be forced upon a woman regardless of her reasons for terminating the pregnancy. So, for the thousands of women on government assistance who may explore termination as an alternative to bringing a child into the world that she can't afford to raise, we are going to make it even more expensive by forcing an expensive medical procedure on her! If she can't pay? We'll make the state pay for it! But wait- the state is FLAT BROKE!! As a matter of fact, $21 MILLION dollars in debt!!!
Maybe humanitarian Rick will just put all those sonograms on his gold Amex!!
Meanwhile, these idiots in Texas are so naive to his stupidity that they won't notice he is driving the budget into the ground!!

PORTLAND, Ore. -- More than a year after denying it, the newly elected mayor of Portland has admitted having a sexual relationship with a male teenager in 2005.
Sam Adams, who is openly gay, acknowledged the relationship in a statement Monday, after the Willamette Week newspaper broke the story on its Web site.
In Washington, D.C., for the inauguration, Adams, a Democrat, will cut his trip short to issue a public apology Tuesday afternoon in Portland, said Wade Nkrumah, his spokesman.
Adams, 45, said he and the teen were together in the summer of 2005, shortly after the teenager turned 18 in June, and when Adams was a city commissioner. The revelations come nearly a year and a half after Adams and the teen said rumors of a sexual relationship between them were false.
"I lied at the time because I was afraid that people would believe untrue rumors being circulated by an undeclared mayoral opponent that I had broken a law involving sexual relations with a minor. But this is not a good excuse," Adams said in his statement.
Despite the rumors, Adams coasted to victory in his race, making Portland the largest U.S. city to ever elect an openly gay mayor. He was sworn in Jan. 1.
In his statement Monday, Adams apologized to the teen for making him lie about the relationship. He also apologized to colleagues and voters.
The young man, now 21, did not immediately return a request for comment.

What a slimewad!!! First, he has sex with a kid. Then, he lies about it. Then, he says, "Hey kid, I'm sorry I had sex with you." Then he says, "Constituents: I'm sorry I lied, but I thought you wouldn't elect me if this got out."
Ya think?!!! I'm not sure if a city can impeach a Mayor, but Portland should sit this asshole on the flagpole at city hall and leave him there!
We work so hard to earn the respect of the world, despite asshats like George Michael, Boy George, and now this stupid douchewad! It's so frustrating!
And on top of that, he's ruined the name of a perfectly good beer!
