Miss Ginger usually rents cars from National
when she travels, because she loves the concept of 'Emerald Aisle", where you walk among aisles of cars and pick the one that suits your fancy, for the price of whatever class you reserved. Normally, Miss G can get a luxury sedan or an SUV for the price of a midsize, but her luck in New Orleans has not been good. The last few times she has arrived, the Emerald Aisle was empty, and Miss G had to wait until a car could be washed and prepped for her. Of course, it was typically an Impala or a Malibu. Last week she needed a car with more capacity, and she was lucky to get a Kia minivan that smelled like a soccer team of 8 year olds had lived in it for a week. Ewe.
So Miss G was eleated today when she arrived at the Emerald Aisle to find is stocked with a veritable smorgasbord of delicious cars! She chose a Saturn Outlook,
and it is one of the sweetest rides Miss G has ever driven (next to Veronique Volvo, of course!)

Sounds awesome, but our favorite car rentals when we're on vacation (depending upon the time of year, of course) are convertibles. Fun city!

Enjoy! With everything you have to do, your ride should be comfortable! Dannelle
Ewe is right. Only thing worse would be a team of hockey kids :o)
I think we're all stuck on the eww...factor of smelly kids in a car. Delighted you were finally able to get the car of your choice. (Hugs)Indigo
