But the tagline is just plain scary!!
WASILLA, Alaska — Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin said Friday she is resigning from office at the end of the month, raising speculation that she would focus on a run for the White House in the 2012 race.
Seriously?

If anyone is looking for me, I will be busy researching the ins and outs of Canadian citizenship. Just in case!

If the worst were to happen, Ken and I have talked about Australia (much warmer than Canada). You're welcome to join us! I wrote a bit about her resignation today, too. XOXO Beth
Very rambling and odd speech, statement, whatever, she seemed almost frantic. Is there another shoe to drop...?
word on twitter street is that she's leaving politics ALTOGETHER... which seems very suspect to me. we all know she can't live w/ out the spotlight, so if she is indeed leaving politics, it's only b/c she will get more fame and money in some other way (fox news).
the speech, as predicted, was HOrrendous... i could barely understand the point. she kept saying "i've stated my reasons, there's no need to elaborate" when she NEVER stated any reason and there WAS need to elaborate. idiot.
Not only is the weather warmer in Australia, but they have Tim Tams there!!!
Wonder what Palin has up her designer sleeve?
You're going to looooove being Canadian!!! We have good health care, gay marriage, free Starbucks when your water main breaks and uh, really really high taxes. But the weather is good and um, people are polite.
If you move to my neighbourhood, you get the beach, plus so many Korean nail salons and Starbucks that you're almost guaranteed to be well-groomed and jacked up on caffeine 24/7.
I've said this a million times, and I'll say it again Ms. G. NOBODY LIKES A QUITTER!!!! She is dead as far as politics go.
I have just two words:
Good!
Bye.
I heard she was moving to Texas....
just kidding... Weird. Julie :)
Six figures for her memoir...Not only is the creepy and scary, it makes me wonder how many people are in her court. Harper Collins would expect to make that money back +. Or they wouldn't be signing on for it.
I'll join you over the Canadian border myself if she manages to get elected. If She can't fulfill her duties as governor, anyone supporting her would be erroneous expecting her to do better on a presidential platform. (Hugs)Indigo
