Hey, HAPPY MARDI GRAS! Last night, I made jambalaya, using Harry Connick, Jr's recipe. It was quite tasty. I'll post the recipe soon, and I'd appreciate your input as to the ingredients.

Same with me, Beth. I used to be a Self Discoverer and then discovered that I don't know. The description describes me now. I will check out your recipe for jambalaya. I had some bad gumbo at a new restaurant here. It was watery and had lots of rice in it, some andouille, chicken, and NO OKRA!
